Six stages, in order. The first you do yourself, on this website. Then we get on a call and check every measurement and every choice together — that happens after every order, and it is why we can make a kitchen for you whether you are in Skopje or Stockholm.

Design it yourself, online
Upload a photo, choose a starting style and work through the materials. Everything saves as you go and nothing commits you to anything. You can generate a visualisation of your own room, save several versions, and compare them side by side.

Send it to the studio
Submitting your design creates an order request with a reference number. It is a brief, not an order — nothing is charged, nothing is reserved, and nothing is manufactured.
Your design is stored as a snapshot, so later edits never change what you sent.

The verification call
A Teams call with a designer that happens after every order request, without exception. We share our screen and go through your measurements line by line — wall lengths, ceiling height, and where every door, window, socket and pipe sits — then confirm every material and finish out loud. We send you a short guide on what to measure beforehand.
This is where dimensions become real. Buying remotely is only safe because this call happens.

Drawings and a quotation
You receive measured plans and elevations along with an itemised quotation — cabinetry, worktops, hardware, appliances, crating and delivery to your country. Changes at this stage cost nothing but time.

Approval and making
Once you approve the drawings and the price in writing, your cabinetry goes into production in our Skopje workshop. We will tell you the delivery window as soon as it is fixed.
Nothing is manufactured before written approval.

Delivery across Europe
Your kitchen is crated and shipped to your address anywhere in Europe, tracked from the workshop to your door. What happens on arrival — and what is included for your country — is agreed on your verification call and written into the quotation.
Questions
The things people ask.
- Do I have to measure the room myself?
- Yes, and we help. Before your call we send a short guide covering exactly what to measure and how. On the call a designer goes through every number with you and questions anything that looks off. It takes about 45 minutes and it is the reason we can make a bespoke kitchen for someone we have never met.
- What if I measure something wrong?
- That is what the call is for. We cross-check your numbers against your photographs and against each other, and we will ask you to re-measure anything that does not add up — before a drawing is made, and long before anything is cut.
- Which countries do you deliver to?
- We deliver across Europe from our workshop in Skopje. Delivery cost and timing depend on the country and are itemised in your quotation, never estimated after the fact.
- How accurate is the visualisation?
- It is a design concept. It shows the materials and the character you have chosen, in your room, at your room's proportions. It is not a measured drawing, it does not confirm that a particular cabinet will fit, and it should never be used to order anything.
- What happens to my photographs?
- They are stored privately against your project and are readable only from the device you uploaded them on, plus by the studio team once you send a request. They are used to produce your visualisations and to brief your designer.
- Do I need an account?
- No. Your design is saved in your browser. If you want to open it on another device, the studio can give you a link — and email it to you if you would like.
- Is the price on the website final?
- There is no price on the website. You receive an itemised quotation after your verification call, once we know the room and the specification are right.
